Knowledge is the key to success and the Sejumi Institute of Further Education graduate level programs are especially for those who are responsible for building knowledge via the major planning, design and management functions within an organisation. This qualification is particularly relevant for professionals or managers in registered training organisations, both public and private. Particularly, those who are responsible for imparting knowledge throughout an organisation.

Students enrol in this program build on their substantial years of work experience, as they integrate the theories and knowledge delivered during this program to their workplace.

Once students have completed the Graduate Certificate they can transition to the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) BSB80615 or the Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership BSB80215. Regardless of the graduate diploma selected, after successfully completing the Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning), Sejumi students will receive credit towards the next qualification level .

Flexible study

On-line classes operate over a 10-week semester, allowing flexible part-time study. Additionally, there are several weekend classes and block-week formats throughout the year, for those who would prefer face-to-face classes. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet others and debate and discuss the various topics within each unit.

The Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning) comprises four units. The two core units are:

BSBLDR801 Lead personal and strategic leadership

BSBLED802  Lead learning strategy implementation

In addition, students must successfully complete two elective units from the list below:
