Diploma of Leadership and Management

This program has been designed for individuals who are required to display initiative in planning, organising and monitoring their own work and the work of others. This qualification may be particularly useful for new managers, or existing managers who wish to formalise their skills and knowledge.

 

Delivery mode: 

This program is delivered on-line with optional workshops. This program can also be delivered via a blended format within an organisation, at a suitable time and place, a minimum of seven participants is required.
