At Sejumi we have designed our leadership and management program to assist new supervisors and managers to gain these valuable skills and the knowledge required to succeed in their new role.

Graduates from this program have enjoyed the interaction of the workshops and the ability to develop their presentation skills with confidence. We also develop participant's computer skills, as we take them through the tools available on the computer and show them apps that can make planning their day so much easier.
